Terms of Service

By using Solofy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Solofy is a tool that helps you generate, schedule, and publish social media content. It uses AI to help create content and connects to your social media accounts to publish on your behalf.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Solofy
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

You agree NOT to use Solofy to:

• Post spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
• Violate X's Terms of Service or any other platform's terms
• Attempt to circumvent any platform's rate limits or restrictions
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Use the service to harm others or engage in fraudulent activity
• Generate content that impersonates others without their consent

• You own all content you create using Solofy
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service
• We do not claim ownership of your posts, threads, or any content you generate
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Solofy

• Content generated by our AI is a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• Publishing AI-generated content is subject to X's policies on automated content

• Connecting your X account grants Solofy permission to read and post on your behalf
• You can revoke this permission at any time from Settings or directly from X's connected apps page
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by connected platforms

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled posts may fail due to platform outages, API changes, or service interruptions
• We are not liable for missed posts or publishing failures

• Solofy has a free plan and paid plans. Current prices are shown on the pricing section of our site and on the Billing page in the app.
• Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as our merchant of record and appear as the merchant on your statement. They handle applicable taxes and issue receipts.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
• Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solofy is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Lost revenue or business opportunities from failed or missed posts
• Content published through your account (you are responsible)
• Third-party platform actions (bans, suspensions, API changes)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, India.
